7 – Advertising a sale $20 *Plus publishing fees*

8 – Making a deed $20

9 – Certificate of redemption $20

10 – Sale (Real or Personal Property) $75

1a – On the first $1,000 , $75

1b – On all moneys > $1000 , 1% real property and 2% personal property
